Nirmal Gram ensures health, hygiene and sanitation in rural India. The active youths of the village are engaged in several welfare activities. Borjalenga pioneer Sanga NGO is doing well. The village is also surrounded by the number of tea gardens like Rosekandy Tea Estate, West Jalinga Tea Estate etc. which is famous for its quality tea production. The village economy is agronomy. A major part of the village population is extensively involved in agriculral activities.
